PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and sets out the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://hirebox.app/ (hereinafter, the “Website”).

1.2. The controller of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Mykola Vitaliiovych Ishchenko, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) 3334911333 (hereinafter, the “Company”, “We”).

1.3. By using the Website and providing your personal data, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

2. DEFINITIONS

Website — the publicly accessible website https://hirebox.app/, open for free viewing, which belongs to (or is lawfully used by) Mykola Vitaliiovych Ishchenko and through which services are provided / goods are sold.

Personal data – information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use and dissemination, depersonalisation and destruction of personal data.

8.2. After the storage period expires, personal data is destroyed or depersonalised.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

9.1. We take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration or disclosure.

9.2. Only authorised employees who have signed a non-disclosure undertaking have access to personal data.

10.1. In accordance with the law, you have the right to:

  • Know the sources of collection and the purpose of processing of personal data
  • Access your personal data
  • Demand the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Demand the deletion of personal data
  • Restrict the processing of personal data
  • Object to the processing of personal data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
  • Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
