Privacy Policy
Draft — not in force
TODO(patrick-text) — 2026-08-24
This page is a structural placeholder, not a legal document. It lists the sections the Privacy Policy will contain so the route, the navigation and the layout can be built and reviewed. The binding wording is being prepared by the rights holder and will replace everything below.
Nothing on this page creates rights or obligations for anyone, and it must not be presented to customers as the privacy policy currently in force.
The currently binding version of this policy (UA/RU) is available here: hirebox.app/privacy-policy?lang=uk (the same page also opens in Russian: ?lang=ru). That is the document the consent checkbox at sign-up refers to until the English text below replaces this placeholder.
1. What data we collect
Placeholder. This section will list the categories of personal data handled by ExecLife Training & Coaching Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA: account and billing details of the customer, the data a customer supplies about candidates and employees (name, contact details, position), assessment answers and results, and the technical data a visit to the platform produces.
2. Why we collect it
Placeholder. This section will state the purposes each category of data serves — providing the assessment platform, delivering invitations and reports, billing, support, security and abuse prevention, and product analytics — and will make clear that assessment data is processed on behalf of the customer who requested the assessment.
3. Legal grounds for processing
Placeholder. This section will name the legal basis relied on for each purpose (performance of the contract, consent, legitimate interest, legal obligation), how consent is collected from candidates and employees, and how it can be withdrawn.
4. How long we keep it
Placeholder. This section will give the retention period for each category of data — account records, assessment results, billing documents, logs — what happens to that data after a subscription ends, and which records must still be retained afterwards and why.
5. Sharing with third parties
Placeholder. This section will list the processors and service providers involved (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, assessment providers, analytics), what each of them receives, the safeguards applied to transfers between countries, and the cases in which disclosure is required by law. It will state explicitly that personal data is never sold or rented to third parties and is not used for third-party advertising.
6. Access, correction and deletion
Placeholder. This section will describe how an account holder, a candidate or an employee obtains a copy of their data, corrects it, objects to processing or requests deletion; which channel such a request goes through, how the requester is identified, and the time frame for a response.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Placeholder. This section will list the cookies and similar technologies the platform sets, separating those strictly required for sign-in and language selection from analytics ones, and will explain how a visitor controls them.
8. Contact for data requests
Placeholder. This section will give the contact point for privacy questions and data requests, the postal address of the company, and the escalation path available to a person who is not satisfied with the answer.
