Terms of Service
Draft — not in force
TODO(patrick-text) — 2026-08-24
This page is a structural placeholder, not a legal document. It lists the sections the Terms of Service will contain so the route, the navigation and the layout can be built and reviewed. The binding wording is being prepared by the rights holder and will replace everything below.
Nothing on this page creates rights or obligations for anyone, and it must not be presented to customers as the terms currently in force.
This English document is a draft and has not entered into force. There is no English text in force yet. The terms that do bind the platform's current customers are set out in the public offer (UA/RU): hirebox.app/public-offer.
1. Parties to the agreement
Placeholder. This section will name the provider — ExecLife Training & Coaching Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA — and define who the customer is, how an account holder accepts these terms, and from which moment the agreement between the two applies.
2. Subject and scope of the services
Placeholder. This section will describe what HireBox provides (access to the assessment platform, the tests included in a plan, invitations, reports), what a subscription does and does not cover, and the rules for account use, service changes and availability.
3. Payment, renewal and refunds
Placeholder. This section will state prices and currency, the billing period, how a subscription renews, how it is cancelled, what happens to unused quota, and under which conditions a payment is refunded.
4. Processing of personal data
Placeholder. This section will describe which personal data of account holders, candidates and employees is processed, the role each party takes in that processing, the purposes and legal grounds, storage periods, and the processors involved.
5. Right to deletion of data
Placeholder. This section will describe how an account holder, a candidate or an employee requests deletion of their data, which channel such a request goes through, the time frame for it, and which records must still be retained afterwards and why.
6. Limitation of liability
Placeholder. This section will set out the disclaimers and the limits of the provider's liability, including the rule that assessment results are decision support and must not be the sole basis of an employment decision.
7. Governing law and disputes
Placeholder. This section will state that the agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and will define the order in which disputes are resolved and the venue for them.
